Hoshi No Midori was developed in collaboration with certified Japanese tea appraisers and Tsujiri Chaho, a tea house with more than 160 years of tradition.
It is made using award-winning tea leaves from Hoshinomura, one of Japan’s leading tea-growing regions and an area especially well known for high-quality Gyokuro.
The matcha preserves the tea’s fresh character while incorporating the signature roasted aroma of Yame matcha. It has deep umami, an elegant fragrance and a clean, refined bitterness, creating a complex flavour that lingers pleasantly.
